With over 30 years of experience in the Financial Industry, I started Focus 3D - Practice Management Strategies for Financial Services Leaders and their Advisors. My first project was my new book "3 Diamond Decades: A Financial Services Leaders Guide to Sustained Excellence," released in October 2026.
I invite you to discover the priceless lessons I learned as a Financial Services Leader with over 70,000 hours in the field. Learn the techniques and processes I used to advance three separate teams from the bottom to the top. Gain valuable insights into how you can propel your team to new heights.

Military Service
A graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point (B.S., Mechanical Engineering), Dave served five years on active duty and seven years on reserve duty for the United States Army, where he attained the rank of Captain in the Army Corps of Engineers.
Dave was awarded the Soldier's Medal for Heroism
Awarded for risking one's life to save another's in a non-combat situation.
